What FPD stores, what it does not fingerprint, and why the data exists.
This notice is intentionally scoped to current product behavior rather than promising controls or retention terms that have not been implemented.
ACCOUNT & WORKSPACE DATA
FPD stores account identifiers, password hashes, sessions, workspace membership/roles, saved opportunities, watchlists, alerts, pipeline assignments, notes, onboarding preferences, subscription state and security/audit events needed to operate the service.
TERMINAL & LICENSE DATA
FPD stores license metadata, hashed activation keys, hashed terminal credentials, terminal names, random installation identifiers, client/platform versions, activation/revocation state and heartbeat timestamps. FPD does not use serial numbers, MAC addresses or TPM identifiers as a hardware fingerprint.
