These terms describe the current product and license model. Final contracting-party details are provided during purchase or direct enterprise contracting.
LICENSE MODEL
FPD is licensed as downloadable client software connected to a cloud procurement-intelligence service. A subscription may include named-user seats, a terminal activation pool, watchlist limits and intelligence entitlements.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Customers may use FPD for lawful business research and procurement workflows. Attempts to bypass entitlement, terminal, security or rate controls; redistribute credentials; interfere with the service; or use the product unlawfully are prohibited.
PUBLIC-SOURCE INTELLIGENCE
FPD normalizes public procurement information and produces derived intelligence. FPD is not the U.S. Government and is not an authoritative substitute for controlling solicitations, amendments, clauses or agency instructions.
BILLING & BETA SERVICE
Paid plans use the checkout/subscription terms presented by the configured billing provider. Beta features, source coverage and functionality may change as the product develops.
LIMITATION
Procurement matches, extracted fields, historical comparisons and analytics are decision-support outputs and may contain omissions or errors. Customers should not rely on FPD as the sole basis for legal, compliance, pricing or bid-submission decisions.
